Part of the Hallmark Navy Strength Range, bottled at 61.5% ABV, the Birmingham Edition represents the fact that Birmingham was traditionally the port for trade with the Caribbean/West Indies. The Gin starts by chopping lots of Fresh Limes and adding them to the still with a Very Large amount of Desiccated Coconut. A large whack of Juniper and other ingredients are also added to our Copper Pot Still.
