DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer a variety of delivery options, however, unfortunately we are not currently able to offer International delivery or delivery to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands & Islands as a shipping option via the website. If you wish to discuss this as an option please contact us on hello@craftnberry.co.uk.

- National Shipping (Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, £8.85** or free** with orders of £75** or more), see below for further limitations.
All orders for national shipping received by 10am Wednesday – Thursday will be shipped the same day (where possible).
Free Click & Collect
There is no minimum order requirement. Simply choose click and collect at the checkout. Once your order has been received and packed we will send an email notification for collection which can be made from the shop at Craft & Berry, 369 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8PF during our opening hours.
We may ask for proof of age for collection so please do not be offended and proof of identification/order.
We endeavour to prepare orders for collection within an hour during opening hours, however there may be times when this takes longer.
National Shipping (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands)
All orders for shipping will be made using our courier DHL. Orders received by 10am Tuesday – Thursday will be shipped the same day (where possible). Orders should be received within 3 working days, there may be occasions due to exceptional circumstances where this is not possible.
We do not normally ship any orders on a Friday as we want your beers to arrive in the best possible condition and we want to avoid prolonged periods in the transit network.
National shipping cost is £8.85** or free** with orders of £75** and over.
** Please note our shipping fees are subject to change and are based on a maximum of one parcel weighing no more than 15kgs, please also note due to the high number of breakages we we also reserve the right not to ship orders containing excessive quantities of bottled beers, where applicable orders over 15kgs may incur an additional fee equivalent of £1.5/kg for single parcels, or will be split across multiple parcels with an additional shipping fee of £8.85 payable per additional parcel. Free shipping does not apply to clearance beers, where orders over £75 contain a significant number of clearance beers the shipping fee of £8.85 will still apply and will be invoiced separately.
A shipping notification will be sent from DHL and tracking information will be provided to be able to track your order.
If your order is not received within 3 working days please contact us at hello@craftnberry.co.uk.
An adult is required to be present to accept delivery of the order and age verification checks may be required. Deliveries cannot be left in a safe place however deliveries can be made to a neighbour’s house if you are not going to be home. Please advise us at the time of order or contact us on hello@craftnberry.co.uk, quoting your order number.
Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address including postcode, if DHL cannot confirm your address they will place your delivery on hold and contact you via email/text to confirm your address, if you do not respond within 3 days your parcel will be returned to us.
If delivery is attempted by DHL but cannot be made due to no-one available to accept delivery, then your order will be returned to a local DHL depot to await redelivery. DHL will provide you with information via card/email/Text regarding this. Should you fail to arrange re-delivery within 3 days DHL will return the parcel to us.
If your parcel is returned to us we will contact you to arrange to have the parcel redelivered, but please be aware that when a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address or failed delivery we incur a return shipping fee and failed delivery fees and then we will also have to pay the shipping costs to resend the parcel, all of these additional costs will be invoiced to you and will need to be paid prior to shipping. Should you decide you no longer want the parcel re-shipping we will refund the value of your order less any original shipping costs (this applies even if you received free shipping) and additional fees.
