Sheffield Distillery - Assay Negroni Blanco 70cl

A juicy variation on one of our favourite cocktails, using our Flagship Assay London Gin.

The Classic Negroni recipe uses Red Vermouth, Campari and Gin but can be slightly too bitter for some. Our Assay Negroni Blanco takes inspiration from the classic recipe but instead of the overly bitter Campari and Red Vermouth we've married Triple Sec, Di Torino Classico Del Professore and our inimitable Assay London Dry Gin in equal parts.

Serve in a Tumbler over plenty of ice, with a wedge of lemon or orange (or orange peel twist) and enjoy.
