Sheffield Distillery

Based in Chapeltown, Sheffield at The Commercial Inn. The Gin and Vodka is distilled in a custom built distillery in the beer garden of the pub. The distillery was the idea of 4 keen spirit lovers all from Sheffield.

All the products are slow distilled in copper pot stills, so that a clean alcohol is produced with an exquisite and unique syrupy mouthfeel.

They have the permission of the Sheffield Assay Master to use the 'Assay' name and Sheffield Assay Mark on every bottle of their exceptional spirits.

The Gin contains all natural ingredients with whole botanicals. They are naturally coloured from the ingredients used. Liquorice root is included in all their gins in homage to the iconic "Trebor Bassett's Liquorice Allsorts" located and founded in Sheffield. 

​The Vodka contains no extracts or essences, the rhubarb vodka carefully flavoured with locally sourced rhubarb and whole Madagascan vanilla pods.

​All bottles are hand labelled, corked and wax dipped to create an authentic finish to the product.
