Changed your mind about your order? No problem we offer a no quibble returns policy; simply contact us by emailing cs@craftnberry.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us by emailing cs@craftnberry.co.uk immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, drinks, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges / Partial Refunds
We can only offer refunds on full returned orders and cannot accept partial returns or offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have, and make a separate purchase for the new items.
Returns
The original delivery charge is only refundable where there has been an issue with the order or products.
Until returned products are received back into our warehouse the safe passage remains your responsibility, therefore we recommend using a tracked postal method providing you both proof of postage and delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received at our warehouse your refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 14 days.
All items must be returned unopened and in a saleable condition, except for any items that you received damaged, you must notify us of this when you arrange the return. If items are returned damaged or are no longer saleable, we may reduce the amount we refund to you to compensate us.
