Whitby Gin

Distilled in Whitby, North Yorkshire, Whitby gin was founded by Luke and Jessica following a holiday to the Outer Hebrides where they witnessed a host of artisan gin makers.

They planned to create a quality gin using the natural landscape. Their gin uses locally foraged heather, sugar kelp and local honey.
