We were excited to welcome Copper Beech to Northallerton to put together a brand new westie that has a layered piney bitterness thanks to healthy Columbus and Centennial hot-side additions! We've then solely dry hopped this with one of our favourites, Strata, to give a tropical dankness that we just cant get enough of in this style! We loved working with Copper Beech to bring this one to life and we know you're going to enjoy it as much as we have!
