The Original Edition is the gin that the distillers thought their home town deserved. The distillers spent many months developing the award-winning flavour combination which marries 12 traditional gin botanicals with their signature ingredients.

The gin has initial sweetness of honey subtly balanced with a saline anchor of sugar kelp. Texturally smooth, the rolling savoury notes of heather and juniper follow with a sustaining warmth and lasting freshness.

Wild Old Tom - 42% - An interesting variation on the distillers award-winning recipe, using wild native botanicals to create a uniquely crafted gin with a sweeter finish. The distillers have explored the headlands and roamed the moors in search of the key ingredients to recreate a classic Victorian style gin with a taste of the wild. Vanilla, nutty notes come through from the handpicked gorse blending perfectly with the fruitiness of the gooseberry. A touch of honey is added which brings out sweet botanical notes.
