Off Peak

We’ve been a little busy! Introducing Off Peak, a project created by our brewery manager Thom, which has been in the making for about a year.

Slowly, inbetween the main day to day tasks of the brewery, Thom has been developing and brewing recipes on our small 2.5 barrel experimental kit building a range ready for the release of ‘Off Peak’.
