The Rhubarb Triangle holds a special place in our founder and Distiller's heart, as he grew up there and was inspired by the unique rhubarb growing method.

The forced rhubarb, cultivated in warmth and darkness, creates a sought-after flavour that balances sweetness and sourness.

When we set out to make our own Rhubarb gin, we knew we wanted to add our own twist.

The result? A perfectly balanced London dry gin infused with the floral notes of rosemary and locally-sourced rhubarb from the triangle.
