Sheffield Distillery - Hallmark Series London Dry Gin Navy Strength 70cl

Part of the Hallmark Navy Strength Range, bottled at 61.5% ABV, the Sheffield Edition represents some of Sheffield's special features. We use Liquorice Root in homage to Trebor Bassett's Liquorice Allsorts and Sweet Orange & Lemon Peel to represent one of Sheffield's Patron Saints, St. Clement. The Gin starts by loading nearly 20 Botanicals, including a large amount of Juniper in to our Copper Pot Still. Steeped for 24 hours before Distillation, Slow Distilled using our water bath heating system and only producing around 100 bottles per batch like the other Hallmark Editions. Complexity at it's finest.
