Built on a classic lager base, fermented low and slow with proper lager yeast for that clean, refreshing snap. Then, “BOOM” dry-hopped like an IPA, bursting with tropical stone fruit, white grape, passionfruit and gooseberry flavours and just a whisper of floral goodness.
