Vault City - Imperial Peach & Apricot Pastel de Nata - Draft

Taking inspiration from the iconic Portuguese custard tart, this decadent pastry sour has been dialled up to 8%, combining layers creamy vanilla with caramelised sugar and a delicate touch of cinnamon. A juicy peach & apricot twist adds a fresh fruitiness to round out each sip. Brewed in collaboration with Lisbon legends Dois Corvos.
