Tartarus Beers - Frankenstein's Monster

A Key Lime Pie Saison. Brewed with saison yeast to produce a light & crisp beer with a phenolic bite. We used 60kg of lime juice for a limey citrus burst, and vanilla essence adds a sweet creaminess on the finish.
