A special release from our barrel ageing programme in celebration of our 30th anniversary! Here we've taken a robust dark beer as the base, which time in barrel has developed to an intense flavour with a characteristic Islay profile. Waves of smoke, salt, and potent phenolic peatiness, all add to the rich malt character of the original beer. Complex and audacious!
