Zymurgorium Distillery

Zymurgorium is based in Manchester and their name derives from the words Zymurgy and Emporium. Zymurgy meaning the study of scientific brewing and emporium being a shop that sells various items and trinkets. In the distillery they make lots of gins which have never been seen before using practices which are as environmentally friendly as possible.
