Fallen Brewing strives for quality and innovation, without losing sight of tradition. We combine established and progressive techniques with generous hopping rates, pure, soft Scottish water and our imaginative use of adjuncts to give full-flavoured, modern craft beer. Our brewery is housed in the Old Kippen Railway Station in rural Stirlingshire, with far-reaching mountain views all around. We brew with electricity from 100% renewable sources, our spent malt becomes cattle feed and hops are composted.
We fill all casks and kegs by hand, and as the first small Scottish craft brewery to install our own canning line on site, we have total control over the quality of every beer we release. All of our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised, to retain the maximum flavour and aroma possible. We always source the finest ingredients we possibly can from the likes of Warminster, Weyermanns, SimplyHops & Charles Faram.
