Raisthorpe Manor's Sloe Gin is produced using traditional methods resulting in a sophisticated and complex Sloe Gin. The sloes are home grown on Raisthorpe's estate, handpicked then steeped in London Gin and sugar and left for six to eight months to mature. With an exciting bitterness and fruitiness from the Sloes, it is an ideal additon to Champagne or sparkling white wine or simply served neat.
