Lovingly called Havana, for reasons we’re still not entirely sure, the formerly ramshackle stable that birthed our brewery almost nine years ago has gone through several guises since we permanently moved out in 2019 - holding our barrel-aging project, to the present day as a can store for the literal thousands of cans we produce on a weekly basis. When we were doing a routine clear out of the space, we happened upon a very crumpled, very dusty and dirty old gyle sheet from our first year as an active brewery, and immediately set about figuring how we could adapt this and work it into our present brew plans.
