For our Chameleon series we create a classic American Pale Ale using Maris Otter with a touch of Vienna malt, we bitter using whole leaf Columbus hops, add Citra to the kettle after boil and then dry hop after fermentation with the best hops we can get our hands on, for this iteration we feature Idaho 7, a newer American hop with aromas of tropical fruit, with hints of pine and black tea
