Dead End Brew Machine brings the funk with their unique Saison yeast culture to deliver a complex Farmhouse Ale. Hibiscus flowers imbue a distinctive blush pink/pale orange appearance. On the palate, thae fleshy sweetness of peach gives way to floral and acidic hibiscus, with both phenolic and barnyard flavours from the unique yeast. Our late hop additions of Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon give a restrained citrus note.
