Our Tryanuary 2018 open brew day was held to brew the latest in the Tonkoko series, Empress Tonkoko. The initial release was a heart-warming delight, with the remainder spending the 12 months maturing in three different types of Bourbon barrel. Limited to a 500 can run.
Malts: Pale, Crystal 150, Crystal 400, Chocolate, Caramalt Aromatic, Roast Barley
Hops: Columbus T90
Adjuncts: Lactose, Hand-Toasted Coconut, Cacao Nibs, Tonka Beans.
