Introducing our new barrel-fermented, vintage Verdejo. Created by Javier Sanz and using a careful selection of their finest Verdejo grapes grown on their Fuente de los Vaqueros estate in Rueda, Spain. Here they thrive on warm pebble top soils before being barrel-fermented in French oak for six months.
This golden white wine leads with floral aromas, ripe stone fruits, citrus and fennel, over a creamy and moreish palate.
