Locksley Distilling Co - Sir Robin of Locksley Real Raspberry & Cardamom 70cl

The Sir Robin of Locksley dry gin is distilled in our very own Town of Sheffield. With a nod to the local legend, Robin Hood. This gin is then infused with around 30 raspberries per bottle giving it a wonderful depth of flavour & colour. It then has cardamom added in a separate distillation to give it more dimension and complexity. It’s a full strength infused gin, but it gets some sweetness from the fruit. Because real fruit is used with only a light filtration, there are some fine fruit particles that make it through into the bottle.
